    need help

    installed a new hard drive, i used the recovery disk i burned from the old hd, now the question, how come my display screen appears to be bigger (like the icons and stuff) compared when i was using my old hd? should i download new driver to get my screen work like it should (i mean it works but it seems like i have less real estate compared to before) ? :confused:

    yes, 1440x900 ...and still icons on the desktop are still huge :confused:

    sounds like your gpu driver is not installed or installed improperly / is broken. if you have a dedicated gpu, download manually the appropriate gpu driver, remove the present not-working gpu driver, and install driver anew. should work then.
