    Hi,

I think this has been discussed before, but I can't seem to find the thread about this.

Does anyone know of any retail stores which sell Thinkpad branded notebooks in the US?

    Thanks

I've heard that some Best Buys have them and so do Office Depots, but neither my local Best Buy nor Office Depot do (OD had a Lenovo notebook though).

The Business store at Best Buys carries a couple models. The Office Depot and Staples in town also carry them although usually it's only one model (and that model varies).

If you happen to be in NYC, there is a place called Datavision on 5th Ave and 40th that has a pretty good selection of Thinkpads and 3000's. There's another place called RCS Experience further up 5th Ave that has a whole Lenovo area with usually about 10 of their laptops on display. Unfortunately neither of them have great prices, though they may haggle.

Other than that, I have seen Z61m's at a bunch of Staples around here, and the NYC Best Buys seem to often have one stock model of the T60 WS.
