Just ordered the Yoga 2 at the Lenovo site, because they offer 30-day free returns (sure hate buying these things sight unseen). Had to go thru extensive chat session to clarify their return policy - home page says 30 days with no restocking fees, "standard return policy" says 21 days with 15% restocking fee, order confirmation says 14 days with 15% restocking fee.
On the plus side, the chat rep was very responsive and actually emailed me confirmation of the 30 days. Then we had to clarify again - says 30 days from invoice date, not from date of receipt. And the product is not scheduled to ship for another month. So she sent me another email, confirming that invoice date = shipping date (not date of order). Without that info, I would have cancelled the order.
Hope I like this thing...![]()

There seems to be a lot of confusion about this, but if "30 Days" is splashed all over the homepage then that's probably what Lenovo has to honor.
On another note, does any one know if the price match has been extended to 30 days as well? It is usually 21 days as far as I know. -
I'm pretty comfortable now, with confirmation emails from the chat rep. Happy to forward to anyone who might be interested, Steve

I had a 21 day return policy but it too was from date of receipt. So if anyone is reading this I would suggest you also ask the representative to send you documented information. -
