bought it 2 months ago and has been using it without a problem until now. the display driver has been crashing quite a few times recently, and just an hour ago, the screen just stopped displaying altogether.

I think the crash happened while I was on firefox and or watching youtube, but I think it also happens when I minimized firefox in the taskbar. however, I have always been using firefox, I don't see why it would break my monitor now.

I used the sleep button the device, and it doesn't do anything on wakeup.
so I had to do a hard shutdown, and the monitor works again when I turned it on.

the event viewer might have recorded some relevant info, but I couldn't recognize it when I looked at it.

how should I tackle this problem? thx.
