Hi, a year ago I bought this notebook. Everything worked fine. About a week ago USB slots stopped working - after plugging anything into USB, although you will hear the classic sound of the connected device and charging takes place (phone, camera), but notebook any disk or device does not load or display. In device manager everything is fine, all updates installed (also recommended). There is Windows 8.1 64x. Can you help me?
    Thanks a lot
    Lukas
