i have posted a similar question before, but i received not a specific response, but only "highly probable"/"mostly"/"usually" responses that generally for lenovo thinkpads, 4 cells are flush while 6 cells and 9 cells are not flush. however, according to kevin's post in this thread (h t t p ://forum.notebookreview.com/showthread.php?t=294859&page=2), the "6-cell is flush mount". this contradicts what others have said about 6 cells usually being not flush, so i would very much appreciate it if i could have an answer from someone who can answer with absolute certainty (not just high probability), whether from actually owning an sl300 laptop with a 6 cell or having personal experience with it in some other way. if you know with certainty, please tell me whether the 6-cell battery on the sl300 is flush or not. even if you just know about the 4 cell and the 9 cell on the sl300, please do let me know also. i have considered almost every other aspect of the laptop and it is basically down to this one. thanks a lot! oh, and kevin, if you are out there somewhere, please please stop by this thread! i can't pm you or contact you or anything even in your profile regarding your post!
