I cannot open the configuration page on the lenovo SPP website, and cannot log in "my account" either. Do you guys encounter the same problem?

You need a separate account for SPP.

Best bet would be just to buy as a guest instead. Configure the pc then proceed to checkout. When given the option to login for checkout, there should be an option to checkout as a guest. That or just make a new account. Depends on how much you plan to use the SPP site.
