The Lenovo T400 look really nice, but it's hard not to consider the LG P300. The LG 300 screen and size/weight is hard too beat.

We have a P300 in the office now ... I know I 'should' order a T400 for quality/service reasons ... but I can't put down the LG every time I see it ... it's just a Future Ship $1500 notebook ... with surprisingly great spec's and nice design ...

Anyway I have to decide before the Lenovo sale is over on the 25th.

(I'm surprised to see the Dell e6400 ahead of the T400 in mouse clicks on the home page ... Lenovo's prices out better and is built better ....)

The LG is very nice, the greatest advantage is it weight, just brilliant. Very well build too. But really, it depends on your needs.

After this sale there will be another sale, don't worry about it.

If you have used the LG and like it, then go for it. You already have one ThinkPad, now you could try something different, but perhaps you would have to take care of it a bit more.

I personally would have serious issues with the Zebra lid, I'm sorry but this is not nice.

There is a huge thread about it in the LG section, check out if people there have had any issues so far.

What do you mean by this sentence? Does this mean after 25th August, T400's price will no longer be as cheap as it is at this moment? And if that is the case, then is there any chances Lenovo will jack in the price to the point when T400 was first released?
