Anyone here that owns the T410 can comment on the fan noise? Is it comparable to the T400 series?

I feel, fan noise is audible in T410 compare to t400, even though its tolerable, but bit annoying in silent room space. T400 is quiet in the room circumstances too. I have opened a discussion in another thread to identify the workarounds. http://forum.notebookreview.com/showthread.php?t=461966

Somebody posted this on another thread:

"If your thinkpad is making a quiet high-pitched whining sound, it could be
because of the mic. Try muting the mic and see if the sound goes away."
