    Hi folks.

I have a weird problem with my thinkpad t420.
I dropped it recently and i must have damaged something i'm just not sure what.
When i boot up the bios displays just fine and when i log into win 7 the screen just gets super distorted.
So i figured it was a bad screen.I replaced the screen and the problem still exists.
But the strange thing is that when i plug in an hdmi cable it works fine .
And i mean the laptop display works. Also the external screen works but even with the hdmi cable only plugged into the laptop and not into te monitor it still works.Does anybody have a suggestion please.

    Thanks Marien
