This static read-only archive was pulled by NBR forum users between January 20 and January 31, 2022, in an effort to make sure that the valuable technical information that had been posted on the forums is preserved. For current discussions, many NBR forum users moved over to NotebookTalk.net after the shutdown.

    Lenovo Thinkpad T420s review

    A ton of benchmarks and tech dumps of everything from stock processes and drivers, to default services and BIOS screenshots. I haven't seen anything like this for a laptop - it goes way beyond Notebookcheck and other professional reviewers, in terms of specs and benchmarks.

    Wish there were more of a review to it, like: how's the noise? Heat? Ergonomics? Screen viewing angles? etc. Anyway, lots of thanks to Ching-Wan Yip. I'm surprised he apparently hasn't posted the benchmarks here, because he clearly is aware of this forum.

    whoa that is lot of information, he also has lot of other informations on past machines. It would probably get used more if he posted in forums and such.
