After 1 week and 2 Case #s (freeze and other problems) I requested a refund (I have name and ext. number). That person told me the policy was that the computer had to go to service at least once before refund. So I was sent box and by the time it came back, not fixed, it was over the 21 day period. Catch 22? Now they are giving me a hard time to get my refund. It has turned into such a bad experience I would caution anyone before buying Lenovo. So bad for me I don't want a replacement. Posted 12/26/07 while waiting for Lenovo's promised return call in 24-48 hours.

I am seeing a lot more of these lately. With Lenovos your experience is either very good or very bad.
