Whenever I call Lenovo I noticed that everyone speaks perfect English and seems truly knowledged. This compared to when I called HP and that is the reason why I am returning my HP as they have horrible costumer Service. IBM Support in America?

IBM support is located in Atlanta, Georgia. They say that everytime you call them: "you are about to be connected to our call center in Atl, GA and this call may be monitored..."

I think Lenovo support is actually IBM support.

I haven't had the need to call CS lately but from several accounts from users here it seems if you call during normal business hours, you'll get connected to Atlanta(IBM). but off hours I have heard that calls get routed offshore ie India (staffed by Lenovo). Again YMMV.

Actually, off hours I don't think you even get routed offshore. You just get this message telling you to call back on a weekday during business hours.
