I was normally using my brand new t440s for a while and it suddenly rebooted and was stuck on the Preparing Automatic Repair screen. I am already starting hating this laptop. I previously had a problem with being stuck on the boot screen and had to reinstall windows. I googled and could not find the solution for this problem, I can not solve it, I guess on lyre installing windows will help this time again. Any suggestions?

You could try booting from a Windows 8 repair disk and see if you can recover. If you get back into Windows, run the Lenovo hardware diagnostics. You might have a hardware issue.

Are you using the storage device that came with the T440s or did you swap to another SSD? Are you using the Lenovo factory image that shipped on the storage device?
