Is there any Lenovo/Thinkpad laptop which has Virtualization in its BIOS setting?

Practically all ThinkPad T, W and X models have Virtualization option in BIOS (in Security section). The option is set to Disabled by default.

What Kaso said. IIRC, most of the processor options support specialized instruction sets anyway, like VT-d, VT-x, etc.

That is true but many manufacturers disable such option in the system and there is no setting for enabling that in the BIOS. I know sony laptops has no such feature.

Fortunately, thinkpads are good in this way.
