    Hello,

Does Lenovo/USA accept non-US cards for billing but with a US delivery address?

Hope someone who has tried can let me know.

Well, I haven't tried but according to their Payment and shipping FAQ, they accept:

I've just bought an X200s for delivery to a US address (I'm in Denmark). You cannot use your foreign credit card, but don't worry about that. You can choose to send a check or wire transfer the money. I did the latter, and it was very easy to fill in the banking details in my online bank.

You have to call them at 001 866-428-4465 option 3, and tell them your situation, where/how you want your machine configured and you want to apply a coupon. They will then make you a quote and customer number and send you the bank instructions. Don't worry about calling a US number, the representive I talked to (Tom) was very helpful and easy to talk with. :)

Go ahead and do it, the price right now with coupons are great, you don't have to deal with the flaky Lenovo Outlet, and you can configure the laptop exactly how you want it.

I bought the base X200s with 2 GB RAM (1 DIMM), Integrated Bluetooth and Intel 5300 Wireless LAN. Including sales tax and recycling fee, I ended at $1211. I plan to swap with the Samsung SSD I have in the X60s, otherwise I'd recommend you consider the SSD upgrade.

Indeed it is. Especially with Lenovo with at least 2 week waits, up to a month or more. :(

Just concentrate on the joy you'll get from using it. I personally find it best not to look if you can until it's supposed to arrive. Usually just about the time I get the itch to look, it shows up at my door. Otherwise you're just aggravating yourself.
