Lenovo's website says the USB webcam 40Y8519 (or is it 45J7978??) isn't compatible with Windows 7. Is that right?

If so, does it run properly in Windows "compatability mode". I especially want it to work with Microsoft Live and maybe Skype.

This cam has been around a while and I wonder if there's a new model coming soon, maybe with Win 7 drivers.

    Thanks

ps I'm also going to install the integrated webcam in my X200 (Windows 7 Pro), thanks to the excellent technical thread by jaredy and others on NotebookReview.
