Hi all, my notebook was working normally, and it had bad USB port pins, the problem starts when my little brother plugged in a flash drive in the Bad USB port, when he did that; the notebook goes off, i've tried to turn it on, it turns on ( power led is on) but no boot no picture on the screen, could the bad USB port damaged the motherboard, i've removed the bad USB port ( desoldered it) and tried to turn it on & still no luck.
Any suggestions please, thanks in advance.

+5V pin has been shorted to ground, so it damaged to other component(s). It is difficult to figure it out what the problem is by just pictures.
You may try to remove cmos battery first if you have not done so.

Already tried ;) but no luck,I think the only solution is to follow the circuit of the USB port to figure out damaged components related to it (from the Schematic of course), it is something hard for me to do, any other suggestions !! or my last hope is to replace the Mobo !! thanks for your Help, all the best & happy new year all.
