    I just want to verify two things I am pretty sure about:

    If I were to buy a Thinkpad, I could update both RAM and HD without voiding the warranty.

    Is this true?

    Yep. Replacing your hard HDD & RAM will not void your warranty.

    I upgraded the RAM on my T60 so it's true nothing to be worried about. :)
