    Hi,

    guys...

    I bought 2 t61 for our company.
We do have a usa address(shipped to our US address) but we work international and in different places, Suriname, Trinidad, Honduras, British virgin islands.

I bought "LENOVO THINKPLUS EXTENDED SERVICE AGREEMENT - 1 YEAR - ON-SITE" with the 2 laptops.

What does this really do mean?
Does ibm come very where like dell support?

    Thank you

If you bought on-site coverage, they will come to you.

Considering some of the depot repair experiences I've heard of (though I can't tell percentages), I'd probably insist on onsite support, even if phone tech support suggests you send a unit in.

Also note that some replacement parts are called FRU's --Field Replacement Units (e.g., the keyboard, and other more easily replaced parts). Lenovo will ship these to you and let you replace them yourself if you choose.
