I've bought a lenovo X270 with HD display (no IPS) and I'd like to know if it's possibile and not too difficult substitute it with a full hd and IPS display.

I've paid 250 euro for this laptop (in warranty until 11/2020) and the seller will refund me about 40 euro, for having sold me a laptop with hd instead of full hd display.

For now I've found a full hd display (FRU04X3922) for 55 euro shipped.

I'd like to have some suggestions...

    Thanks.
