I'm very interested. Quick question though, do you know if the geforce 555M in the y570 has DDR3 RAM or GDDR5 RAM? Cause I know the one in the XPS17 has DDR3...

Probably end of May release date is highly probable.

Anyone know the pricing for the Y570?

    $900 for Y470 with a i5-2520m and GT 550m? Hopefully $900 for Y570 i5-2520m with GT555m...

I don't think there are going to be i3 versions for the Y470/Y570. IMO, it wouldn't make sense to have a i3-2310m that is in par with a i3-370m with a GT550/555m. Lenovo just listed the i3's cause they are compatible with the HM65/67 Sandy Bridge chipset.

Pretty hot deal for a Y560 i7 Sandy Bridge + HD 6570M (same as GT540M) here in Canada for $900:

Lenovo Y560P, Notebook (Gray) - Intel Core i7-2630QM, 15.6" LED, 4GB RAM, 500GB HDD, AMD Radeon HD 6570M 1GB, DVD-RW, Wireless BGN, Bluetooth, Webcam, English Keyboard, Windows 7 Home Premium 64-bit (43972AU) | Canada Computers

So if my guess is spot on, a Y570 i5-2410m/2520m with GT555M would be the same price cause going down from i7 to i5 and going up from HD 6570m (GT 540M) to GT 555M should keep the price at $900.

Looks good to me so far for the Y570, I might have to put a hold the MSI FX620DX and wait for the Lenovo Y570.
