As the title says my lenevo y50-70 takes almost 49-55 seconds to fully shutdown. When I shut it down the screen gets off but the processor remains active for another 40-45 seconds.
i have Windows 8.1 Pro Preinstalled by lenovo
And its "powercfg -energy" command over also results in:

Platform Power Management Capabilities :pCI Express Active-State Power Management (ASPM) Disabled
PCI Express Active-State Power Management (ASPM) has been disabled due to a known incompatibility with the hardware in this computer.

    I mean what the hell??
