Im having trouble using the webcam and was wondering if it's a known issue. i tried uninstalling all realted webcam software and drivers and reinstalling it upon reboot, but nothign shows still... only the white dot next to the webcam lights up but no video or picture taking.

I am having the exact same issue. Brand new computer and the webcam isn't working. I was told to send it in as well, however that is not an option for me as I bought this computer for my job and need it for my job. This is the last Lenovo product I will ever buy. Terrible technical support and terrible customer service.
