    Lenovo Y580 Clean Windows install Question...

    Quick question about clean windows 7 install.

    When I get to the part where it asks where to install windows, I keep getting the message "Setup was unable to create a new system partition or locate an existing system partition."

    Anyone else get this? And how would I go about fixing this problem?

    I have the Y580 1Tb + 32gb SSd model. When installing windows since I have recovery discs should I delete all the partitions?

    Are you using the recovery discs or a Windows disc?

    I'm having the same problem. I'm sure it's because I'm using the Lenovo recovery disks, but I was wondering if I'll have to purchase Windows again.
