I have a 14.1 T61. Purchased from the outlet. Came with a smart card reader.

My question is, can I purchased the ricoh media card reader from Lenovo and replace my smart card reader?

Can anyone tell me a link? I have looked and can't find it.

Also, will this ultra bay battery work in my T61?

It says it works for T60. Will it also work for T61?

    Thanks everyone.

Dont know if you tried this, but go to this link

    http://shop.lenovo.com/us/accessories

enter the 7-digit model number (eg 76508du, no - required on this page) This is found on the bottom of your notebook or in your BIOS setup display.

I find this to be a more exact approach to insure accessory compatibility. Not to mention that you can record the original Lenovo part number and/or FRU and use those to shop around online for the precise accessory.

FYI, I just bought some accessory items from http://costcentral.com/
Good prices, and they are an official Lenovo reseller, so unlikely to get knockoff stuff.
