I'm currently split between the T61 and X61 models. I was considering ordering a T61 and trying it out, and if it proves to be too large, I intend to exchange it for the X61.
If I do this, will I have to pay the 15% restocking fee? Thanks!

usually not if you exchange for something that's at least 15% more expensive, so I've heard.

Hm, well, that's sort of problematic, as the X61 would wind up being less expensive... =/

What i did was i ordered my T60p ( i was doing it online but at the same time i was on the phone with levono sales rep.) so we agreed that if i want to change it and buy something else ( any price ) its ok . so i had my T60p and i returned it to get T61p ( its coming soon9 so i got a full refund , so my suggestion is call Lenovo and place your order with them ( or do it online while you are talking wit them ) . Mark ( extension 32574 ) and Andre are very good and helpful , so i got my 21 days and they gave me 30 days after issuing MRA # .
