Does Lenovo price match their discounts. Say I ordered my x220 2 days ago and now they have 20% off today.
I really would hate to cancel my order, I hear their cancellations take a long time.
Suggestions?
20% is a big step up from the mere 10% I received

create a quote with a 100% identical configuration down to every detail, including accessories. save it as a quote and email it to yourself. call sales this week and have them adjust your current order with the new quote's price.
you won't need to cancel and reorder. -
where is this 20% off?

Thats a good tip about emailing yourself the quote Erik, I have just been printing out the my desired configuration with various codes etc. Next time I get a decent price for my configuration I will be sure to email it to myself too.
It's a pain that they have to make us jump through hoops like that with the codes, but I guess that is the nature of the business these days. I am still waiting to see the cancellation confirmation so I can reorder, and also trying to keep up with the latest discount codes/promotions. -
You also have a 21 day price match for the USA customers but may have to bug the sales rep once or twice to get it through as I had to.

Here are two links from another thread on the subject...(Call a Lenovo rep for verification if you need to)

"Lenovo only price match a computer with the exact same configuration, this is their policy. Unless someone from higher up intervenes then you are unlikely to get the price differences back"

My sales rep said some bull about he can't match ecoupons. A second rep said that he cannot price match due it being from another site? I thought they were all Lenovo, not my fault my sales rep used his site of choosing. Whats the point of a price match policy then?
