There is a woman named Dorris and she never picks up the phone. Lenovo support just handles low level tasks and the manager is never reachable. Has anyone had trouble reaching customer relations manager like I did?

Nope, every time i had an issue, the reps gave me an answer, and the answer was fairly accurate 90% of the time, only thing rep's suck at is estimating release dates for new products.

Yep. Lenovo loves to give to work around. It took me a solid two weeks just to get someone on the phone who had the ability to confirm my RMA. Then many, many more weeks for me to receive my money. I've complained tons on this forum about them, so let's just let that past die on it's own.

Keep calling until you get someone that speaks clear English and actually seems to care.. Then you will be fine. Took me tons of calls.

This is good advice for dealing with any "support" center. If you're talking with someone who doesn't seem to care or understand your issues completely, just hang up and call back. It sometimes takes a while to find a good support representative.

She said my laptop would be shipped to Canada because their repair technicians couldn't finish before my flight. My laptop is shipped to my SISTER'S ADDRESS IN THE USA. I had my laptop in the repair depot for a full month and they can't even stay true to their words. This is just frustrating. Has anyone else been in my position with lenovo?

I've said more story many times. Quick recap:
    Laptop broke in 3 weeks.
Shipped to Texas (ON MY DIME!??!!?)
    Request refund
    >Can't until you get back from Texas
No, I want my money now. You guys HAVE the LAPTOP
    >No
    Waited months
    >Where is money?
    Processing
Call Amex, decline the charge before pay the bill. Never returned the Lenovo parts I have at my house. Not my problem.

Pardon my TERRIBLE grammar in that last rant.. I wasn't really watching at all.. But no, they never contacted us again. I don't care. If they wanted the parts, they could've called. They didn't apologize for all this BS to begin with, so whatever.

If you're using it to game, do so. I thought I'd play video games in college, but I haven't, at all, so I had no use for a PC. Instead, I bought a Samsung Chromebook for $200 on sale at Best Buy. Can't go wrong with a $200 laptop, lol. Low as heck expectations, but this little guy can take the notes I want and do the little oddities I need. :) Spent the $900 I saved on my car, lol.
