With all the complaints I've been reading in this forum, I find it necessary to share my recent experience with Lenovo's customer service. I sent them back a bricked Y460 last Friday, they e-mailed me yesterday saying they received it, and I just got another e-mail today saying they'd fixed it and it was being sent back to me. It only took one phone call to get authorization to send it back, and a printable shipping label showed up in my inbox immediately after I was finished on the phone. The only thing that remains is to see whether or not it actually turns on when I get it back.

My only complaint is with FedEx - they tried to extort me to the tune of $15 for a shipping box, to which I said no way and walked across the parking lot to Staples and bought one for $2. When there's another store selling shipping supplies in the same parking lot, it's time to seriously re-think your prices.
