I extend upgrade my warranty on their website from my Lenovo think pad T440, I had 22 times call the nad 15 times email them and still my laptop out of warranty and they even not refunding my money back !!!!
I paid £33.60 and the only thing I get is INVOICE. not recommending Lenovo to anyone because of this customer service.

include in your title: S/N + machine name + machine type + "missing warraty entitlement"
Explain what happen, include proof of purchase for all items you own.
