Yes, it looks better than the former Edge Series in my opinion, but I pray that this new Clickpad is good, if they will use this across all ThinkPads.

I think the OneLink docking is a good idea. Also, I think it is good that they higher the resolution.

Looks nice indeed, one thing I always liked about Edge 15 when it came out is its simple, minimalistic design!
Only thing this lappy misses is indicator LED's, place them on the keyboard deck where Lenovo and model number are written on the right top corner and you have a winner :D!

I wont complain about these not having good ol' 180" hinges... I wish it had them lol

A Thunderbolt-Dock would be worse than the new OneLink dockings, because Thunderbolt can´t charge the Notebook. OneLink can.

I´m sure Thunderbolt will be fund on some other future ThinkPads which are more high-end than the Edge Series (such es T4xxs or W5xx).

I'm a big user of the middle ultranav button to middle click and scroll (in combination with the trackpoint). Does anyone know how this new clickpad integration changes things in that respect?

The s430/s530 have Thunderbolt. It seems those two machines were released only in Europe though.

Back to the e431/531, is there any info that it will feature rapid charge like the x1 carbon? The chargers look the same, but I haven't found any information regarding this.

    Cheers
