This static read-only archive was pulled by NBR forum users between January 20 and January 31, 2022, in an effort to make sure that the valuable technical information that had been posted on the forums is preserved.     Hi people

    my lenovo lap top will not start correctly. it switches its self off after a few seconds. on the second startup the messege appears saying "windows did not shut down correctly" then gives options for starting in safe mode etc or start windows normally. i choose "start windows normally" then it fires up ok.
    this happens every time i switch it on.
    Any ideas?
