I ordered parts from outlet a week ago, got only a confirmation email without order number, which said I should receive a 2nd email with exact charge etc. Called yesterday (5 days after placing order), they still couldn't see any order I placed (one rep claimed that I didn't place the order). How long will it for them to have my order in the system?

The funny thing is not just that. I did receive some "2nd email" from them, but it's meant to send to a different customer, someone who ordered something much more expensive. The same happened to me in my past outlet orders, when I received 2 or 3 emails that were meant for other people's orders, with their full names, phone and address, and last digits of credit card numbers. So I figure perhaps someone else out there has received the email meant to send to me with my personal information as well. I wonder if others had the same experience?

Yeah, it's kind of nutty over there.

I almost pulled the trigger on an X200s until I saw that it came with a P-series processor. Knowing the X200s never came with those. I knew it was a typo. There were also a few times when I saw that various T500 machines supposedly had XGA 1064x768 screens.

Lenovo still can't find my order in their system, 8 days later. Told me it can take up to 15 days for the order to appear in the system. Has anyone actually waited that long to just get an outlet order confirmation?
