Ok I have wondered what happened I ordered notebook on 11/14. The estimate shipping was going to be 11/24 my question is the transaction was pending on my bank account the day ordered now I checked yesterday the bank transaction and its not there. I haven't received any emails from lenovo. Has this happened to anyone? What does this mean?

No money has been taken out my bank account online doesn't show the transaction no more (before it should pending). What does this mean? Other transactions I did do show I payed with CC.

I think I know what happened. Lenovo sends for a request of an authorization when you paid for the laptop.

The bank then puts a pending hold on those funds for 24-72 hours. If the merchant does not batch out their transactions within that time frame, it will "disappear" from your account. When Lenovo finally batches out, the charge will officially post to your account. I would give it another couple of days.

You can always call Lenovo customer support to be sure.

Thanks for those fast replies I really appreciate it :). So I guess the time gap is they take it out not even in pending transaction. I really want that notebook and I don't want to go through a hassle. Thanks once gain for the fast reply :)

I know that Lenovo doesn't charge you till it ships out. Might be that.

Lenovo recognizes revenues when the goods are shipped with some reserve for returns. You are charged when they ship.
