I called up a couple of days (Sun) before the American Express coupon ended (a Tues. at midnight) and tried to make my order for a custom X230t but was told by [name removed] that the server to process that coupon was unavailable. She said she'd take my specs and call me back when their access came back. I didn't hear from her on Monday and I was traveling on Tues. but got in long before midnight. I called the number she provided and left a voice mail asking the status of the order. Didn't hear from her and tried again on Wed., this time calling the regular sales office. I was told that [name removed] was not at her desk and that a message for her to call me back would be left. Still no call or email.

I guess they don't want to take my money.

Yeah, I shouldn't have mention names. Called back today and they straightened everything out. I have a X230t on order and it should be in my hands in 10-14 days. I'm still waiting for the email receipt but now I have to play the waiting game.
