I wonder whether anyone tried to use the lenovo's support when outside USA. I am currently abroad, in Turkey. I have a defected screen and I want to change my screen. If you ever need to contact the IBM support outside the USA, please let me know your experiences with them. Were they helpfull as the support service in USA? I know if I were in USA, it would quite easy for me to change the screen :-(
