    Can i use the power adapter of lenovo x series tocharge the new u300s. I am upgrading from an X61 and have a number of adapters (at home, office, in-laws, travelbag...

    the ideapad uses a different power adapter, so the answer is no.

    I also used to have lenovo tseries. It had a smaller plug than the x61, which looks similar ( saw a pic on the web) to the u 300s.

    Would that work? Or the u300s power adapter is an entirely new adapter?

    You means T series from the IBM era? Not sure never tried it.
