Lenovo warranty in Canada?

If I buy a t500 from the Lenovo Canada website, how is the warranty coverage?


What concerns me is when I click on the "Help me Decide" button when building a custom computer, it says this:


With a Lenovo Warranty Services, you can upgrade the service included with your hardware's original warranty. We're here when you need us, 24 hours a day, every day. In each case, coverage for parts and labor is included. Service is only available for non-refurbished machines released and purchased in the United States. Choose the one that best fits your needs:

* Depot service is 5 business days turn around
* At-home service is next business day, 9AM to 5 PM

Lenovo recommends At-home service for higher level of service and more immediate assistance. Lenovo certified technician will be dispatched to your place of residence in case problem cannot be solved over the phone. Availability may be limited in some areas. Other conditions apply.

 

In my experience the on-site tends to be better for all manufacturers. You can order it with the base warranty and upgrade it later as you are eligible to upgrade your machine at anytime while it's still under warranty.
