Hi, I tried to order a Lenovo X200 last night, the process completed right through to the credit card payment, I clicked submit and it took me back to the summary page saying "Addresses not match" or something similar.

Anyway, I checked the addresses and tried again, and once more for luck with the same results. I thought it might be a card issue so called the bank who said "Oh you've put through three".

So I've been charged for three laptops but no order has been placed. Spoke to Lenovo this morning and they seem to be aware of the problems (New systems) but can't process a refund and expect me to hold tight for x business days while it sorts itself out.

This is the UK store btw, not sure if they're linked together.

Yes, happened to me, I don't have a high enough credit limit so it came back unable to authorise. I just had to wait till the credit was released back, took a week or so.

Don't feel too bad, an Admin on this site had similar issues:

if you try contacting Mark@Lenovo on this forum or maybe go to the Lenovo.com forums you might get some help if you're known to be a vocal person in forums that will either praise or disparage a company based on how your experience goes.

Could also ask your bank to remove the charges as being disputed.
