I just found that the Levono cancel the traditional login method of CPP, several days ago i found the "ibmcpp" and found the discount is 15%, i am planning to buy T510 with $859 starting price, and encountered today they need to fill the SERIAL NUMBER and Last Name of IBM Contractor, not only the "ibmcpp".
I know cpp maybe kind of cheating, but personally, i paid what they afforded, what's your opinion?

I think they've known for some time people have been cheating, and decided to finally crack down on it. So unless you're a shareholder, or an IBM employee, you'll have to pay the regular prices like the rest of us.
That was the same code I had found, but decided in the end against using it as I didn't feel right about it. Not being a friend of an IBM employee, or anything like that. My real question is, who are you really in the NBR forums? Obviously you made this account just to create this thread.

I am new, i searched the review about the ThinkaPad t410 and T510 to help to make my decision, :>, and I found this forum is really a great place because your professional discussion. I love this place, I think ur right, I would wait for another deal and pull my trigger.
Glad to be part of this great place. I owe a DELL M1210 and found I not suitable the install with WIN7, so I am planning to buy a solid laptop to replace its position in the lab. -
It's not kind of cheating. It is cheating. Paying what they afford is not justification, because they have those discounted prices for that group of people for a reason. As a general consumer you're not privy to those prices, regardless of weather you think you should be or not.

Please avoid discussion of the CPP or EPP on the NBR forums, as per the Thinkpad Sticky:
