Two things....
1) Whenever I try to login to "My account" it just brings me to an error page that states "You do not have access to the portal you tried to reach". The only thing I could think of was resetting my password but of course that didn't work. Any ideas?
2) I've been trying to use the online chat feature but it won't allow me to type anything in the chat box. Anyone know whats up with this?
I mean between my T61 being delayed (ordered on 5/14) and the website issues, I just don't really know if I can trust Lenovo. It is so god damn frustrating![]()

Did you order through SPP? If so, you have to login through the SPP web page and not the regular main page.
