    I just received my y500 Wednesday and I have been updating different drivers and things like that. Today the sound has not been coming on, the volume is up to 50 and I just updated the driver for the audio from the Lenovo web site. How do you fix this problem? And how do you get rid of fingerprints on your y500, it is a awesome machine but it has plenty of fingerprints all over it. Any help with these will be great.
