    Hi,

After starting my x220 for the first time, there was an icon pinned on my Windows 7 taskbar. I remember it being a neat visual interface tool (a dashboard-like feature, maybe?). Does anyone know the name of the software? I can't seem to find it after deleting the link off my taskbar.

    Thanks!

Are you referring to the screen in which you can see a flip-through selection of slide of your open programs? If so, press Windows key + Tab (keep holding the Windows key, and press Tab to flip to the next window).

Or maybe you're referring to the "Windows Gadgets"...

I'm pretty sure you mean Lenovo SimpleTap.

    Yes, it's SimpleTap; thanks!

I just installed it, and it's a watered-down Dashboard - it doesn't allow any apps to run within (except Lenovo Video).

It's not really a Dashboard equivalent, although I'm sure one could write their own tiles for it.
