    What is it?

    And would it be different in Canada than the US? I can't find any information on their reutrn policy on the lenovo website.

    It's different policies. In canada, it was 30 days return. It should say during online checkout i think.

    If it is unopened, no problemo. If it is openned there is a 15% restocking fee unless you can it is in some way defective, at least in the US.

    they dont sell refurbs online i think?
    the outlet is leftover new units... same return policy AFAIK

    Is their return policy posted anywhere on their Canadian website? I can't find it..

    Also, what's their deal with dead pixels? Can you return your notebook to them for a refund if it has a dead pixel?

    I believe it's something like 5 or more dead/stuck pixels.
