Lenovo's consumer notebook lineup refreshes are coming.

The New S-Series of 11.6' sub-notebooks gets introduced in March.
    - 329.99$

    The 'semiprofessional' V-Series comes April.
    - 21mm thin
    - Aluminum cover and casing
    - 599.99$
    - Nvidia 315m (V370)
    - Nvidia 525m (V470 & V570)

B-Series is also set for April.
    - 499.99$

The almighty Y-Series get revamped in May.
    - GPU options up to the Nvidia GT-550m
    - Optional 'rapid drive' ssd technology
    - Dual & Quad core Sandy Bridge options
    - 899.99$

No Pricing or dates on the G or Z series.
I'd expect the Z to come with the Y and the G to come with the B, but that's just speculation on my part.

Whoops, I see. Missed the distinction.

Looks like they're going to be leaking new info each day until CES actually starts on Thursday, so perhaps there's info still coming...

Let's not forget the LePad... I realize that they must be playing off of lenovo + pad, but it sounds like a pretty sad attempt at infusing some French sophistication when you hear it spoken. Big thumbs down for the people in marketing that came up with that name--though its probably the same people in charge of the new website.

I personally have no interest in tablets, but that's the 'big thing' now isn't it.

consumer laptops seem to be flooding the markets in the recent years.... i wish the Y series use a better a hinge system rather than using the standard hinge design that the ODM puts out. But i guess redesigning and retooling the manufacturing process line for the new hinge system is a pretty costly exercise.

I will be interested how the Y series differentiates itself with the Toshiba Satellite laptops.
