I'm interested in the Ideapad Y560 but I'm somewhat worried about some of the screen issues I've been reading about. If I buy directly from Lenovo and I get a defective screen are they easy to deal with for exchanges???

Also how does Lenovo CS compared to Dell & HP. I have not heard too many good things about Dell or HP.

One of the biggest differences is that both Dell and HP offer you a three week full refund return period on their consumer notebooks. (I'm not sure what they offer on their business lines.) Lenovo does not. Like all manufacturers Lenovo will first try to repair the defective screen several times before considering an exchange.
