A couple of weeks ago I ordered a replacement keyboard from them for my Z575. Since I broke it trying to get the laptop apart, Lenovo wouldn't cover it under warranty, and the warranty rep I spoke to suggested them.
It's been two weeks, and my order is still in "new" status. I emailed them a week ago and finally got a reply on monday, stating they had to ship it from another warehouse (ebay?).
Although it hasn't been long, I'm getting a little concerned. I can't find any information about them, the only contact info they have on their webpage is a mailing address, to Lenovo. Resellerratings has no listing for them either. Has anybody had any experience with them? Are they even a part of Lenovo?

Looks legit.

yes, it's legit.
here is the announcement: Your new source for IdeaPad and IdeaCentre spare parts - Products - Lenovo Blogs
if the email stated that parts came from a different warehouse then they're being shipped from a non-US location into the US. that adds time. -
Thanks a lot guys.

Well, I just got an email notification that they cancelled my order.
They must not have been able to get the part.
Besides ebay, can anyone recommend a place to get a keyboard for an ideapad Z575? The Z570/G570/V570/B570 keyboards are all the same btw.
LenovoSpareParts.com, legit?
