This static read-only archive was pulled by NBR forum users between January 20 and January 31, 2022, in an effort to make sure that the valuable technical information that had been posted on the forums is preserved. For current discussions, many NBR forum users moved over to NotebookTalk.net after the shutdown.

    In my opinion, the website uses too much horizontal resolution to display all of the content if you aren't full screen. There is quite a bit "below the fold" as well. Their heat map will confirm this after launch.

    It looks great on IE10 full screen in Windows 8 on my Retina MacBook Pro.

    It also look great on my Surface.

    I like it, looks nice and fresh and the branding at the top is bold and the graphics they're using really pop. The configuration wizard in the list style view is great too, the roll over highlights on the configuration options and ability to simply click the text on the item you want to upgrade too and get the automatic price adjustment to the right works well. They're really investing in the brand and the site now looks more slick than either HP or Dell. And dare I say, Apple's.
