Leveno clean install?

I've order my lenovo laptop from germany because it was like 40% cheaper but its german. How can I change the windows language from german to english?

It's a Lenovo U350 13inch laptop.

Someone suggested me this guide from HP:

But I also found this and it seems I need some lenovo drivers to do this?

If all you want to do is change the language within Windows that's easily done using the Control Panel > Clock Language and Region and change your language and region to wherever you prefer, no need for a clean install. Don't follow a clean install guide for another manufacturer, the drivers you need will have to come from Lenovo not HP. You're linking to a Private Message in that second link so nobody will be able to read what you're referring to.

 

I couldn't read any german at all so I did a clean install which worked fine so far. The last problem is the Lenovo drivers. Like it doesn't even show the battery % life left etc (it didn't show before nor after the install)

 

Try the Lenovo Power Management software and drivers to see if it can restore the battery bar indicators for your system.
